Delivery & Returns

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Note : Not applicable to Customised Teamwear or Kit Builder.
Terms of Delivery :

Free Delivery :

If your order total is ₹1999 or above, you will not be charged any delivery fees.

Charged Delivery :

In cases where your order total is below ₹1999 , a delivery fee of ₹90 will be applied.

Delivery Time :

Our products get delivered within the standard delivery time of 7-10 business days.

Kindly be aware that the delivery may be expedited based on the delivery address.

Terms of Return:

A return period of 4 days is available for all of our clothing except briefs, trunks, compressions & socks.

Pick-up charge of ₹90 will be applicable to all returns.

Note : If the returned item does not meet the specified criteria of being free from wear and tear, unused, or if the tags are not intact, we reserve the right to decline the return. In such instances, any refund will be processed based on the condition of the received product.

Refund Policy :

Please allow 7-10 working days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it, and a further 15 working days for any refund to clear into your account. This is also dependent on your bank or Credit Card Company.

Manufacturing Defects :

If you encounter any abnormal faults or defects, please contact us within 4 days of receiving the product:

  1. Send an email to nodenssports@gmail.com detailing the issue.
  2. Attach three clear images of the defects in the product.
  3. Include the receipt of relevant orders for the product.
  4. Mention the order number (if applicable).

Our internal admin team will review your claim. Once approved, we will take one of the following actions:

  1. Collecting the faulty/defective product for further inspection.
  2. Instructing the disposal of the product.
  3. If the product is found to have any manufacturing default after finishing the inspection procedure, then an exactly same (new) article will be sent to the customer as return.

Note : If the product is returned owing to any defect then the delivery charges will be borne by us.
