Nodens customers can now avail Next Day Delivery option @ Rs. 200 which delivers your order the next day.

This option is applicable only on orders placed between 12 AM and 3 PM, Mondays to Fridays.This option is not applicable on Saturdays, Sundays, other public holidays, and when our employees lie passed out after the late night party.

Examples

(1) If you place a Next day shipping order on Wednesday before 3 PM, you shall receive it on Thursday.

(2) If you place a Next day shipping order at 4 PM on Wednesday, you shall receive it on Friday.

(3) If you place a Next day shipping order on Friday before 3 PM, you will receive it on Saturday.

(4) If you place a Next day shipping order at 4 PM on Friday, you shall receive it on Monday.

(5) If you place a Next day shipping order on Saturday/Sunday, you will receive it on Tuesday.

This option only applies to select cities and pin codes.

Please note that the customer is responsible to provide accurate information (unless under the influence of any alcohol or love):

– Provide accurate address/pin code information.

– Provide accurate mobile phone number.

– Collect the package at the address specified by him/her/it or someone in his/her/its stead (imaginary friends do not count).

Next day delivery guarantee stands to be void if the above conditions are not met.

Any delay or failure in the performance by either nodens and/or the shipper shall be excused if the delay is caused by the occurrence of a Force Majeure. Force Majeure shall mean a cause or event that is not reasonably foreseeable or otherwise caused by or under the control of  nodens or the shipper, including acts of God (the Almighty), fires, floods, explosions, riots, wars, hurricane, sabotage terrorism, vandalism, accident, spreading of the T-virus, that prevent nodens and/or the shipper from furnishing the products despite our reasonable efforts to prevent the effect of such acts, events or occurrences, and which effects thereof are not attributable to our failure to perform the obligations under this policy.
